Homemade Ketchup and Parmesan Fries

Ingredients
  • 3-1/2-4 cups tomato puree
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbs honey
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare jars for canning (boil them for 10 minutes). Pour ketchup into jars while it is still hot. Seal immediately and allow to cool.
