Slice zucchini thinly. You can use a potato peeler.
2-3 medium sized zucchini
Dredge each zucchini slice through the milk.
1/2 cup milk
Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and oregano in a separate bowl.
2 cups breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste), 1 teaspoon oregano
Place zucchini one slice at a time in the bowl of bread crumbs and turn to coat well.
Grill over greased grill for 5 minutes on each side, or place on greased cookie sheet and bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown, turning once.
Notes
Add homemade marinara sauce as a dip for an extra treat.An additional option is to add shredded parmesan cheese in place of some of the breadcrumbs.
