Herbal Mouth Wash

Equipment

  • 1 8 ounce mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon herb of choice (see list)

Instructions

  • Combine herbs and hot water in a 8 ounce glass bottle or mason jar.
    1 cup hot water, 1 tablespoon herb of choice (see list)
  • Let steep for 30 minutes and cool to room temperature.
  • Pour a small amount in a cup and swish around your mouth for one minute and spit.
