- 1 8 ounce mason jar
- 1 measuring cups
Ingredients
- ¼ cup bentonite clay
- ¼ cup Baking Soda
- ¼ cup calcium citrate malate powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil , optional
- 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil you can also try clove or cinnamon leaf
- stevia extract to taste , optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. You can leave it as a powder and not add the coconut oil. Keep in a mason jar or other sealable container.1/4 cup bentonite clay, 1/4 cup Baking Soda, 1/4 cup calcium citrate malate powder, 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil, stevia extract to taste, 1/4 cup coconut oil
- To use as a powder, remove a small amount into a small jar and dip toothbrush into the small jar each time you wish to brush your teeth in order to coat your toothbrush before brushing.
