An essential oil blend to nourish and speed healing

Equipment
- 1 2 ounce amber dropper bottle
Ingredients
- 1 ounce apricot kernel oil
- 0.5 ounce rose hip oil
- 0.5 ounce calendula oil
- 5 drops helichrysum essential oil
- 10 drops frankincense essential oil
- 10 drops rosemary essential oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions
- Combine all the above.
- Apply to scar at least twice daily.
Notes
Always consult your doctor. Add 2 more ounces of carrier oil to this recipe if using with children. Test first for any sensitivities.
