½cupcoconut oil

1cupraisins, optional
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4 cups rolled oats, 1 cup coconut flakes, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 2 cups puffed rice cereal, 1/2 cup wheat germ
Heat honey, coconut oil, water, cinnamon and raisins in a saucepan over medium heat until honey is melted.
1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well until dry ingredients are slightly wet.
Spread granola over cookie sheets or glass dishes. If you put it in glass dishes it will be thicker and you will have to stir more often. Place in a preheated over of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min, stirring after 10 minutes. If not golden brown, continue to bake, checking every 5 minutes. Don't over brown or it will have a burned flavor.
After fully cooled, add raisins if desired and then place in a sealed container.
