Instructions
Brown beef and onion in a large soup pot over medium to high heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2 potatoes,
2 tomatoes,
2 banana peppers,
1 green pepper,
1 cup broccoli,
6 cups beef broth
Add basil and simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors suffuse the broth - approximately 1 hour.
