Which oils can create an energizing essential oil blend?
You have to use what works with your own body chemistry.
Remember, our bodies are a beautifully complex mixture of chemicals that react with other chemicals around us. The chemical constituents of essential oils can combine with your own body chemicals to stimulate, calm, and focus. What I love may not work for you, because our body chemistry is different from one another.
So, start by smelling from the bottle and choosing what is pleasing to you.

You can create your own blend using 5-7 drops total of your favorite essential oils in your diffuser.
